Specialty Classes

Arclabs offers specialty classes for welders wanting to advance their skill sets or learn about specific codes, procedures, and techniques. From novice to experienced welder, our training modules are designed to fit your needs.

 

Course Offerings

80 Hour Welder Improvement Course:
This seminar is designed for the experienced welder who needs to improve and advance his/her welding skills and abilities.

64 Hour Specific Process Course:
This seminar is designed for the novice student who wants to learn welding basics for personal reasons or the experienced welder who is just looking for a place to get some hands-on practice time before going to a job.

OSHA 10 Hour, Construction or General Industry:
This training is intended to provide entry level workers information about their rights, employers responsibilities, how to file a complaint, as well as how to identify, abate, avoid, and prevent hazards at their job sites.

OSHA 30 Hour, Construction or General Industry:
This training is intended to provide a variety of safety training to workers who have some safety responsibilities. The training will emphasize hazard identification, avoidance, control, and prevention. The class covers the required topics of the OSHA program.

ArcWeld, a subsidiary of Arclabs, offers a variety of welding services to companies who utilize welders within their industry. Services available include: welder testing, certification, assessment, and training.

ArcWeld also provides welding consulting services for those in need of developing and/or qualifying weld procedure specifications (WPS), setting up or maintaining a welding program, or working to meet a weld code or standard (i.e. AWS or ASME). .
