Job Placement
All our training is designed with one goal in mind – to help you find a great job. Arclabs Welding School strives to meet and exceed ACCET standards for job placement. While demand for welders is high and it’s our goal to help our students launch their careers, we cannot guarantee career placement.
We teach a job preparation course in our 280, 400, 900 and 1300 Hour
programs. Students will hone in on their resume writing and interview skills. Arclabs’ administration will assist graduates with resume prep, employment search, interviews and preparing for employers’ weld tests.
Local employers are invited to showcase their companies and open positions at the campuses’ career fairs. This give students and graduates valuable face to face time and interview opportunities.
Career Pathways Program
High School Diploma
Don’t let a lack of a high school diploma hold you back from pursuing a welding career with Arclabs. We’ve partnered with Penn Foster High School to offer the Career Pathways Program* to allow you to earn an accredited high school diploma on our campus, at your own pace.
*This program is offered at all of our locations.
