Ignite your Future. Careers in Welding
If you’re looking for a rewarding career, welding is a great choice. It’s an in-demand career that pays well and offers lots of room for growth and advancement. And unlike many other good careers, it doesn’t require years of training (and the mountain of debt that comes along with it).
Welding is…
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the average annual salary for welders is $41,380 ($19.89 per hour).
The American Welding Society predicts a shortage of 375,000 trained welders by 2023.
More than 50% of American-made products, from smartphones to aircraft carriers, require the work of welders.
There are 1.5 million workers employed in metal fabrication, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. By employment numbers, that makes it the third largest manufacturing industry in the country.
At Arclabs Welding School, you can learn the necessary skills to work in welding. We have the experience and resources to help bridge the gap between a growing industry and the need for skilled workers. To learn more, call us today.
